The Rani was the first to find out about the timeless child?

Once The Master found out about the timeless child he was in sensed but in this universe it is The Rani who found out about the timeless child.
The Rani after discovering the truth about the timeless child she had an idea. The Rani said," I have a few ideas for an experiment. Use The Doctor or a relative of his to build my own time lord society." She searched first for The Doctor and when she gave up on him and decided to search for a family relative of The Doctor's. Finally she found Jenny The Doctor's daughter and she pretended to be her father regenerated into a female body. Jenny was mostly fooled and went along with her thinking about what she had missed.
When The Rani and Jenny arrived on a Gallifrey like planet Jenny asked," So this is home. I'm glad I went with you mother." The Rani then let the facued go and began her experiments on her. Jenny contained in a chamber was after the first few experiments beginning to regenerate into her second incarnation.

Torchwood and Unit shared resources?

Torchwood and U.N.I.T are adversarial but in this universe they share resources.  Jack Harkness was talking to the first officer of unit. This talk lead to them agreeing to share resources with one another. Jack Harkness was contacted by Kate Stewart in 2012 and the talks were about many topics and The Doctor. Captain Jack Harkness said," You know about The Doctor? For how long? I know he's on your payroll." Kate Stewart replied," We can share with you our records and mission's that The Doctor has helped with including the most recent one." Captain Jack Harkness said," Yeah that would be very helpful. So The Doctor has worked for you for some time. I will tell you all of my experiences with The Doctor." Kate Stewart had sent copies of all of their files and listened to Captain Jack Harkness's experiences with The Doctor. Kate Stewart then said," You now have a full record of The Doctor and how he has been so helpful to us."

The Daleks and Cybermen are diametrically opposed but in this universe they are allied.  The Daleks had proposed to the Cybermen," Our technology is compatible with Your's Cybermen." The Cybermen responded," We agree with you Daleks and our technologies combined would be supreme." The Daleks said," Correction: our technologies combined will be supreme!!!!!!!!!" The Daleks and Cybermen began combining their technologies and becoming an unstoppable force in the universe.
