Whoniverse What If ? 2

Gallifrey over the centuries developed rules of the society of Time Lord's and shaboogan's but in this universe no such rules existed.  The Time Lords and The shaboogan's got into a few scrap's, and The Time Lord's were expanding to different parts of Gallifrey as The shaboogan's flead to The Western continent of Gallifrey named Constitution. Shaboogan's settling into their new nation started talking about plans for if The Time Lord's encroached on their territory. The Time Lord's having been all around Gallifrey offered The shaboogan's," We can be together everybody else on Gallifrey has become a Time Lord or Time Lady. We have unlimited regenerations." The shaboogan's said," We are ready to build a rocket ship and leave Gallifrey in search of a new home world." They did so and found a planet suitable called Alrefax.

In the day after The Doctor's saved Gallifrey the Time Lord's found a way back into this universe and set up a trap for the Doctor. After that they made Rassilon sealed back into his tomb. In this universe they resurrected The Corsair to be their new Lord President.  The high council of Gallifrey had a discussion about leadership some saying," Rassilon was a great Lord president for the time War. However the time War has been over now for a year and a half. It's time for young blood." Other's on the high council of Gallifrey said," Rassilon was too extreme even by our standards." They all conveined by looking at Time Lord's that did best for Gallifrey and it's citizens. The high council of Gallifrey made a decision saying," For the good of Gallifrey in the aftermath of The last great time War we have decided to bring back The Corsair as our new Lord President of Gallifrey." The Master after his defeat by The Thirteenth Doctor and getting into his TARDIS traveled to Massaliene. The Master retaining some of the doctor's memories and reflected on that saying," OH Doctor, you had a Daughter made on Massaliene. So I'm going to have a Son there." Going to Massaliene to the cloning machine he laughed as the pro generator took a tissue sample from his right hand. The master then said," And Now I wait." The Master's Son Clone a moment later emerged from the machine and said," Hello Dad." The Master looked at his new son and asked him," Hello son what do you want to be called? I'll give you a few choices: Jones? Michael? Or Ryan?" The Master's Son Clone said," I like the first one Jones." The Master then said," Come on then Jones I have a few things to show you."

Rose Tyler was raised by her mother Jackie Tyler until she was nineteen but in this universe Jackie Tyler died giving birth to her daughter. Peter Tyler brought up his daughter. Rose Tyler now nineteen having been raised by her father got a job at a mannequin shop. Things play out sort of differently with Pete Tyler rebuffing The Doctor at first and Rose Tyler said," Dad its just the man from the shop." Pete Tyler said," She deserves compensation." The Doctor said," Oh we're talking millions." The events played out like they did in Rose.

River Song has a lovely life in The library computer database after her last adventure with the Doctor so she learned how to send copies of herself wherever she was needed. Eventually The planet library and all of it's book's and knowledge would burn up in the year 9,000, 300, 4628. The Doctor knowing this put a failsafe in it to dispurse the remaining people inside into flesh Copies fine tuned to match and be what the original person was exactly. We all know what happened in the battle of Cannery wharf and how that story concluded but in this universe something slightly different happens. Pete Tyler brought Rose Tyler into his universe for a short time and said," Rose Tyler You should go back to your universe. I know the way you look at The Doctor it's the same way I look at Jackie." Rose Tyler said," Dad, I love The Doctor. I can see a future with him." Jackie Tyler said," If you love The Doctor the same way I love your Dad then I guess it's time I let you go bye-bye Rose. Go pursue your future." Pete Tyler and Jackie Tyler hugged Rose Tyler and then said," You keep The Doctor in check and make him happy." Rose Tyler said," I will I promise." Pete Tyler then brought her back to her universe right after the void closed.

The eighth Doctor after his first adventure with Grace Holloway and Chang Lee December 31rst 1999 said," Grace Holloway, How does it feel to hold back death?" Grace Holloway replied," it's Amazing. Thank you Doctor." The Doctor said," No, thank you Doctor." The Doctor offered," Come with me Grace off to see the stars." Grace Holloway counter offered The Doctor," You come with me." In this universe he does take her up on her offer.  The Doctor integrated the TARDIS into his and Grace Holloway's new house. A few weeks later The Doctor and Grace Holloway were dating and getting to know each other. A year later The Doctor and Grace Holloway got married. The Doctor abandoned his old title for the new name of John Holloway. John Holloway and his wife Grace Holloway two years later in 2005 have children on the way named Caleb and Susana Holloway. Caleb Holloway went on to take up his dad's old title of The Doctor and Susana Hollowa

In the old days of Gallifrey Science and Magic were competing for dominance but in this universe the scientists and Magician's settled their differences. The Magician's began their side by saying," Our magic is experimental much like your science. We both want what is best for Gallifrey." The scientists Began their side by saying," Yes, we can both agree our science and your magic could benefit from a mutual agreement should we do both sciences and magic." The Magician's responded," Our magic could help guide your science and our Magician's and your scientists working side by side would be better for Gallifrey's future." The scientists responded," We are in agreement with you Magician's with both of us working together Gallifrey will have a prosperous future." 

The Division works on Gallifrey's behalf but what if The Division was tasked with preserving the future of Time Lord society?.  Tecteun was excited about the prospect of Gallifrey in every dimension saying," I am most happy with your decision to put me into preserving the future of Gallifrey and our society." The high council of Gallifrey had a meeting with The Division agent's and glossed over The Doctor being a former agent. Tecteun with the help of the Sisterhood of Karn put Gallifrey in almost every dimension even her adopted daughter's home universe before she became The Doctor.

The Daleks and Cybermen are diametrically opposed but in this universe they are allied.  The Daleks had proposed to the Cybermen," Our technology is compatible with Your's Cybermen." The Cybermen responded," We agree with you Daleks and our technologies combined would be supreme." The Daleks said," Correction: our technologies combined will be supreme!!!!!!!!!" The Daleks and Cybermen began combining their technologies and becoming an unstoppable force in the universe.

Torchwood and U.N.I.T are adversarial but in this universe they share resources.  Jack Harkness was talking to the first officer of unit. This talk lead to them agreeing to share resources with one another. Jack Harkness was contacted by Kate Stewart in 2012 and the talks were about many topics and The Doctor. Captain Jack Harkness said," You know about The Doctor? For how long? I know he's on your payroll." Kate Stewart replied," We can share with you our records and mission's that The Doctor has helped with including the most recent one." Captain Jack Harkness said," Yeah that would be very helpful. So The Doctor has worked for you for some time. I will tell you all of my experiences with The Doctor." Kate Stewart had sent copies of all of their files and listened to Captain Jack Harkness's experiences with The Doctor. Kate Stewart then said," You now have a full record of The Doctor and how he has been so helpful to us." 

Once The Master found out about the timeless child he was in sensed but in this universe it is The Rani who found out about the timeless child. The Rani after discovering the truth about the timeless child she had an idea. The Rani said," I have a few ideas for an experiment. Use The Doctor or a relative of his to build my own time lord society." She searched first for The Doctor and when she gave up on him and decided to search for a family relative of The Doctor's. Finally she found Jenny The Doctor's daughter and she pretended to be her father regenerated into a female body. Jenny was mostly fooled and went along with her thinking about what she had missed. When The Rani and Jenny arrived on a Gallifrey like planet Jenny asked," So this is home. I'm glad I went with you mother." The Rani then let the facued go and began her experiments on her. Jenny contained in a chamber was after the first few experiments beginning to regenerate into her second inca
